Counseling is one of the most important factor after clearing /qualifying NEET UG examination, so today we will discuss about “Important Tips for NEET UG counselling. As most of students takes help of reputed coaching center and spent huge money but take your own decision while doing counseling or taking admission.

We would like to tell you that until and unless you will not take counseling seriously you may skip best available option just due to lack of proper knowledge or rather we would say expertise in that area.

Tip 1 – PG quota

We know that, any candidate who completed his/her MBBS course from the state get PG quota in that particular state. This is very useful for closed states(closed states are those states which does not allow other state candidates to take part in their state’s counselling for private seat).

Tip 2 – Internal PG quota

We wanted to make it clear that some colleges/Universities offer internal quota to their UG candidates ,so it could be very helpful at the time of PG admission.

Tip 3 – State quota vs All India Quota

As there is more competition at All India Level in comparison to state quota, so chances are higher in getting a seat from state quota in comparison to All India Quota. But in some states there is more competition at state level so students have no option but they have to take seat from All India.

Tip 4 – Bond

As some of states are having Bond and it may vary from one year to 7 years, so students are advised to check details of Bond before filling choices.

Tip 5- Tuition Fee

As most of students thinks that Government medical college fee is very nominal (in thousands only) but some the Government colleges are having fee of Rs 4 Lakhs per annum to Rs 5.85 Lakhs ,so you are advised to check it before taking part in counselling.

Tip 6 – New college Vs Old college

We would like to suggest you that if you are having options of both New vs Old college, then definitely you must go for older one because in new college students have to face lots of problems.

Tip 7 – Location of college

As this course is of 5.5 years so you must check location of college(connectivity from your home as well as Airport, Railway Station and Bus stand), language and food of that particular area/college.
