According to the latest news Uttar Pradesh State Govt. is planning to open 09 New Govt. Medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh from session 2021-22.If we consider minimum 150 seats in each colleges then 1350 New Govt. MBBS seats will be added in Uttar Pradesh 2021.

As far as new Govt. medical colleges are concerned these colleges have received Letter of permission(LOP1)and list of these medical colleges is mentioned below:

1. Deoria
2. Etah
3. Fatehpur
4. Ghazipur
5. Hardoi
6. Mirzapur
7. Pratapgarh
8. JaunPur
9. Siddarhnagar

And if we talked about session 2021-23 about 14 new medical colleges will be added. If we consider minimum 150 seats in each colleges then 2100 New Govt. MBBS seats will be added in Uttar Pradesh 2021.Theses colleges are in following districts:

1. Kanpur Dehat
2. Koshambi
3. Bijnor
4. Kushinagar
5. Amethi
6. Sultanpur
7. Lakhimpur Khiri
8. Bulandsahar
9. Chandoli
10. Gonda
11. Lalitpur
12. Sonpur
13. Orai
14. Pilibheet

And govt. is hoping for  approval of these medical colleges also.

We want to share that Central govt. had announced opening of 75 new Govt. medical colleges recently.

And good thing is that it is on the basis of first come ,first serve basis.

If any states fulfills the criteria of 300 beds hospital or it the in the list of recommended states or district ,will get approval.

It is very surprise to know that there is no application from Bihar,Jharkhand and Uttra Khand states till now.

There are total 50 applications till now.And maximum number of applications are from Uttar Pradesh .

After opening  of all these colleges ,Uttar Pradesh will become the states with maximum numbers of medical colleges and MBBS seats.
