AIIMS PG medical 2020

As online registration  for AIIMS PG medical 2020(July session )was started on November 27, 2019.Last date to register was February 10, 2020 (by 5:00 PM). Applicants were allowed to do editing the details in basic registration was February 17 to 21, 2020 till 5:00 PM.

Similarly ,Status of basic registration and correction in images  is allowed up to March 9 to 11, 2020 till 5:00 PM.If we talked about last date to rectify deficiency in basic registration it was March 9 to 11, 2020 till 5:00 PM.

Final status of AIIMS PG registration is allowed up to March 12, 2020.Uploading of prospectus and seat matrix was allowed up to March 20, 2020.Date of Generation of code for final registration was May 1 to 8, 2020 up to 5:00 PM. Schedule of Final registration for completion of other steps of application is May 1, 2020.Last date to register was May 8, 2020 up to 5:00 PM. Applicants were also have Option to edit the final registration by May 1 to 8, 2020 up to 5:00 PM. Status update of Final registration was fixed on May 14 to 18, 2020.

Last date for submission of documents for Regularization of Rejected application was scheduled between May 14 to 18, 2020.In case of any sponsored candidate ,last date for submission of Sponsored Certificate was May 18, 2020 up to 5:00 PM.Admit card will be made available from June 5, 2020 (Friday).

Now as per the official notification released, AIIMS PG 2020 current exam date is  scheduled on June 11, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Thursday).

Earlier, the AIIMS PG July session exam was to be scheduled on June 5, 2020, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon.

If we talked about number of seats there are around  643 seats including of all Masters of Surgery (MS), Doctor of Medicine (MD), Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM) and Masters of Chirurgiae (MCh).

PG medical 2020 -Point to be noted

Alike January session, the regulatory body will introduce some latest news and updates AIIMS PG July session 2020. For a better idea for candidates, all the latest updates, changes and news of AIIMS PG 2020 are mentioned below.

1. No. of Seats increased – As we have told that now for July session  total number of seats offered in AIIMS institutes are 643 for MD/MS/MDS/DM and MCh courses. But if we have a look at last year, the total seats offered were just around 550.
2. No. of college increased – You can see from the latest  AIIMS PG  medical admission prospectus 2020, one AIIMS have been added. If we talked about its name it is and number of colleges are 8 now for PG Medical( in MD/MS courses).
3. Exam center Increased – The number of AIIMS PG exam cities 2020, in comparison to previous years has been increased. This time examination will be conducted in more than 150 cities.It will contain a declaration related to Covid-19. Please note that no-one shall be denied permission to appear for examination, unless it violates the directives/advisories of Government (Central/State) effective on the day of examination in relation to covid-19 and instructions mentioned in Prospectus and Admit Card for the same. The admit card shall have bar code for touch free entry.

1. Fees for EWS category – The application fees for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) is Rs. 1200 which should be paid in online mode using credit/debit card or net banking.
2. Counselling registration fee – From this session , the exam conducting authority will charge the AIIMS PG counselling registration fee of Rs. 500 /- from every aspirant ,who wish to take part in admission.

Admit Card 2020

AIIMS  PG Medical admit card for MD/MS, MDS, DM/MCh courses are available on the official website .Kindly make sure that admit card can be downloaded by only those applicants who are eligible and submitted the form  successfully.

How to download admit card

To download AIIMS PG medical 2020 admit card , applicants must submit the registration ID, Registration Unique Code (RUC), password and captcha code. It is expected to check the details printed on the admit card to avoid any type of problem in the examination center.

It is mandatory to download and verify the details printed in the admit card. AIIMS PG  mention admit card 2020 will have information  applicant’ name, roll number, examination center , examination timing etc. You are also supposed to read the instruction carefully .

To get admission in any AIIMS it is mandatory to qualify the AIIMS PG medical 2020 examination. Generally  counselling of AIIMS PG medical 2020 is done in four phases.

AIIMS PG Eligibility Criteria 2020

All those applicants who are willing to take admission in  AIIMS PG medical 2020 are expected to see the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

• Applicants  should possess an MBBS degree for MD/MS
• candidate must have BDS degree for MDS from an Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India.
• It is mandatory for all applicants to have twelve month rotating internship on or before July 30, 2020.
• Medical aspirants from Un-reserved Category must have  minimum of 55% aggregate in MBBS, similarly applicants of  SC/ST category must have minimum marks of 50% in graduation degree.
• All applicants must be registered with  Medical Council of India (MCI)/Dental Council (DCI) or State Medical Council (SMC)/State Dental Council (SDC).

AIIMS PG Application Form 2020

All applicants willing to take admission must have to do registration.This registration process is consist of two steps. One is basic registration  and second is final registration process.

Kindly make it sure that registration will be considered only after deposition of fee. If we talked about counselling fee for AIIMS PG 2020, it is INR 1,500 for the UR and OBC candidate, while for SC/ST/EWS category it is INR 1,200. The AIIMS PG 2020 counselling  fee can be paid in the online mode through net banking/credit card/debit card.

The good thing is that applicants  belonging to OPH/differently-challenged category are exempted from fee deposition.

Note: All applicants who have already done his/her basic registration of AIIMS PG medical 2020 January session ,need not to do it again for July session 2020.

Exam Pattern 2020

As  far as  exam pattern of AIIMS PG  medical 2020 July session is concerned , there will be  total of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for MD/MS and MDS exam . Cut off 2020

As you know that only qualified applicants are eligible to take part in counselling and admission process. Now question arises ,what is  cut off  percentile ? Only those applicants will  considered as qualified who will secure at least 50th percentile in AIIMS PG 2020.

AIIMS PG 2020 Counselling

AIIMS PG 2020 counselling for July session will be started as soon as result will be declared. Result will be declared online . This time there are  around 643 MD/MS/DM/MCh and MDS seats offered by eight AIIMS medical colleges.We have mentioned earlier also that in total there will be four rounds including of stray vacancy round .

In each round of counselling , the number of applicants invited for AIIMS PG medical counselling will be eight times the no of seats available in that round of counselling.

It is mandatory to do registration and choice filling to get admission in any of the AIIMS .After choice filling college will be allotted based on their choice filled , AIIMS PG medical 2020 rank, no. of  seats available, reservation policy, the college will be allotted.

AIIMS PG Bond 2020

All medical aspirants who are willing to get admission in AIIMS PG 2020 will have to sign a bond with the college. If we talked about terms and conditions of AIIMS PG 2020 contract it can be read as follows.

• The very first condition is , service time of  minimum three years will have to be fulfilled by the applicants.
• All the original documents of the applicants will be submitted in the allotted college and  these can be received back only on completion of the course or upon payment of a sum of INR 1,00,000.
• An applicant after  joining the MD/MS/MDS course, if withdraws admission from the said course within six months, he/she will be liable to pay a compensation fee of INR 1,00,000 .

As you know that some seats are reserved in every Govt. colleges.If we talked about  seat reservation in AIIMS PG medical 2020 it can be checked from the table given below.
