As  NEET UG 2025 Exam is scheduled on May 4, 2025 (Sunday). Application form for the same will be available in the month of  February , 2025 . Four weeks time is generally given to fill application form. Have a look on last year application form date:

Any candidate willing to take admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS course in India have to qualify NEET UG 2025 examination . From below table you can take an idea about minimum qualifing marks. If we talked about last few years qualifying marks it is as follows:

The updated process is divided in to two parts as mentioned below –
Part 1 – Registration Form– All candidates who are willing to appear in NEET UG 2025 have to do Registration  Online by entering some basic details . All applicanst have to create a PASSWORD and choose Security
Question . After successful online submission of the personal details, an Application number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application  candidate will be able to login directly with the systemgenerated Application Number and Password created by the candidate.
Part 2 – Application Form –

After completing step 1 all applicants are supposed to log in with the system-generated Application Number and pre-created Password for completing the Application Form including filling up personal details, choosing
the Question Paper medium and Examination Cities, providing the details of Educational Qualifications, and uploading the images and documents (if applicable ).

Now we discuss step by step what should we kept ready at the time of application form:

Email address , Mobile Number-When Candidates register, they have to enter the OTP received at their registered Mobile Number, and before submitting the fees, they have to enter the OTP received at their registered e-mail address. A copy of the Confirmation Page, a Scanned copy of OMR, and a copy of the Score Card will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the candidates.

• Choice of cities-The Choice of exam cities will be displayed to the candidates based on the permanent and Present address filled in the Online Application Form. A total of approximately 557 cities as per Appendix-VI have
  been added where NEET (UG) – 2022 will be conducted.
  Parents /Guardian Annual Income-Family Annual Income (inclusive of Father’s/ Guardian’s Gross Annual Income, Mother’s/ Guardian’s Gross Annual Income, and Annual Income of Father’s/ Mother’s/ Guardian’s from other sources, if any) is a mandatory field.
  Aadhar card-A column/field has been added in the Online Application Form for
  capturing the AADHAAR number of the candidates and it will be
  on a voluntary basis.
  Application Fee for Indian-INR 1700 for UR
• INR 1600-EWS/OBC-NCL
• INR 9500-NRI/OCI candidates
• INR 1000 -SC/ST/PwD/Transgender

Documents to be uploaded

Left , Right Hand Finger , Thumb impression-Candidates need to upload their both Left and Right hands
impressions of Fingers and thumb.Left and Right Hands Fingers impressions in JPG format (file size: 10 kb to 200 kb). Format for Left , Right hands impression to capture both hand impressions of the candidate for NEET 2022.
Category certificate (if applicable)-Gen-EWS/SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwD candidates are required to upload original certificates as per prescribed formats issued by the Competent Authority of their respective State.
In case, any candidate does not have the certificate readily available to him/her, he/she can upload theself undertaking as available in the Information Bulletin. Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) in PDF format
(file size: 50 kb to 300 kb)
Signature -It should be in JPG format by Black pen only (size: 4 kb to 30 kb)
Photograph-Latest Passport size Photograph in JPG format with name,date and white background (size: 10 kb to 200 kb)
Post Card size photograph (4” X 6”) in JPG format with name,date and white background (Size: 10 kb – 200 kb)
Class X Certificate-Upload this certificate in PDF format (file size: 50 kb to 300 kb)

Embassy/Citizenship certificate in PDF format (file size: 50 kb to 300 kb) for all those candidates willing to apply under NRI/OCI category.

Residence Proof

Step 3: Fee Payment: After completing Step 1 and Step 2 of NEET UG Application form 2024, the applicants have to pay the requisite examination fee. The fee can be submitted online only through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Paytm Services. Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the applicant (in addition to the examination fee) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway.
The Confirmation Page of the online  NEET UG 2025 Application Form will be generated only after successful payment by the applicant. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated even after payment of fee, then the candidate  have to approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway (in the helpline number and e-mail given in the Information Bulletin) for ensuring the successful payment or for obtaining the refund of duplicate/multiple payments].
After successful payment,candidate can Download, save and print a copy of the Confirmation Page of the Application
Form (which would be downloadable only after successful payment of fee) for future reference.
Note : All above three Steps can be done together or at separate timings. The submission of the Application form of a capplicat could be considered successful and his/her candidature would be confirmed only on the successful transaction/receipt of the prescribed application fee from him/her.
