Ans: The fee of Government medical colleges under NRI quota is not same but varies from state to state. In general it varies from 75000 USD to 141750 USD for whole course .
Ans: No ,all states and UT’s don’t have NRI quota in Govt. medical colleges. Only Govt. medical colleges of Rajasthan , Haryana, Chandigarh,Goa ,Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Pondicherry are having NRI quota seat in Government Medical colleges ,in addition to this NRI is also there in GMER colleges of Gujarat.

If you are an Indian resident with low NEET UG scores, willing to take admission in a Govt. medical college then NRI quota could be game changer for you. NRI seats are open not only to NRIs but also for those who can arrange sponsor for them.
Thus ,lots of students use NRI quota if they have a first level( real brother ,sister or parent) relations with the sponsorer.In addition to that lots of students have second level of sponsorship. Only condition is that NRI have to give an undertaking that he/she pay the entire course fee. If a student has no parents or is taken care as a ward by near relative ,even NRI uncles, aunts or grandparents can be sponsors.
There are lots of states having NRI quota seats .Some of the most popular states are offering NRI quota seats are:
Rajasthan NRI quota fee structure for MBBS in Govt. colleges for last year was $ 31500 per annum. Few years ago complete course fee was supposed to deposit at the time of admission , but now it is revised and students can pay yearly or semester wise .
Gujarat (only in GMER / Self Financing Institutes)-If we talked about fee minimum it’s $22000 per annum.
Punjab– In Govt. and private medical colleges .Fees for whole course it $110000. Out of which $60000 is supoosed to pay at the time of Admission.
Haryana- If we talked about Govt. Colleges NRI Quota fee it’s $125000 for whole course ,out of which $ 40000 is supposed to pay at the time of Admission.

West Bengal (only in private medical colleges)
Madhya Pradesh (only in private medical colleges)
All Deemed Medical colleges/Universities
Kerala (only in private medical colleges)
Karnataka (only in private medical colleges)

All above states have government medical colleges with NRI .Most states told that it is very costly to run a medical hospital an college. So to manage funds they have introduce NRI quota in their states.

Similarly every state have different fee structure for NRI quota medical aspirants. As far fees submission at the time of admission is concerned it may vary from one state to another.
