Without qualifying NEET UG Entrance Exams it is not possible to get admission MBBS in India but you can take admission in some other countries .
To get admission over there either you have to qualify entrance examination conducted by those countries or you have to clear NEET UG with in three years of admission .Reason is very simple, NEET UG is valid for three (03) years as far as foreign nations are concerned. But in India it is valid for the same year only.
For all Government/semi Govt. medical college , Private Colleges ,Deemed Medical Universities of India NEET is compulsory. Even in foreign country demands for NEET UG score and does not allow to give admission without it.
MBBS which is Bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery, is a highly demanding professional medical course especially in India. As per data available on official website , this year (2021) total 16,14,777 medical aspirants have registered for NEET UG .As far as NEET UG 2020 is concerned there were 15,97,435 candidates have registered in NEET UG 2020 as against 15.19 lakh for NEET 2019. And you will be surprised to know that around 1 Lakh candidates increases every year. But you need not to worry about that as only 50% of it are able to qualify it.
It is mandatory to get MBBS degree to practice the medicine in India and anywhere in the world.
As per the information available on official website of NMC( National Medical Commission ) formerly Medical Council of India there are were 555 medical colleges available in 2020 session. On March 23, 2018, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) informed the Lok Sabha that a total of 30,455 seats in state-run institutions .Similarly 36,165 seats in private medical colleges in India are available for MBBS admissions. While about 2,930 seats in state-run institutes.

You will be happy to hear that in 2021-22 session there are more than 595 medical colleges in India and 89,245 MBBS seats are available on January 20,2021).
Every medical applicant have a wish to do MBBS .But if we see number of seats available we can easily understand only few 10 % of students will get the admission .Now question arises ,who are these few 10 % students ?The answer is very simple-
1.Who secure good marks/good rank
2.Have a good amount to get admission in last phase of admission against NRI /Management Quota admission
3.As soon as your result is declared ,decide your budget and make a list of all private or deemed university you can afford .
After making this list participate in NEET UG counselling .Being a counselor what I would like to suggest if you wants to secure admission do first counselling very sincerely.
Sometime parents increase their budget and choices of colleges after first counselling but that is too late .

There is very few opportunities for MBBS in India most of the medical colleges and universities.
The admissions process in MBBS is a hectic and also very confusing because different states does counselling on the same day and it is not possible for student to appear physically at every location .

But in case you get less score in NEET UG 2021 there is also an option of admission in MBBS through management quota or NRI quota .
