1. If you are native of Bihar and your ancestor are having any of the document like voter card/driving licence/electricity bill/adhaar card or schooling from bihar.
2. If have done schooling  from any of the state of India but your ancestor are having Property in Bihar ,even then you are eligible for Bihar Domicile.
3. One more important thing you must know that Bihar students are also eligible for Jharkhand but you must keep in mind number of medical colleges and seats available.

For example if you belongs to general category then we will advised you to go for Bihar state but if you are from SC/ST then you must prefer Jharkhand.

The reason is very simple that number of seat reserved are more for SC/ST in Jharkhand state.
