Chhattisgarh MBBS Admission 2024 | Chhattisgarh MBBS BDS Cut off 2023
Directorate of Medical Education, Raipur is responsible for doing admission in all professional medical courses of Chhattisgarh. DME, Raipur is MBBS 2024 admission conducting committee of the state. The committee may release admission form for MBBS and BDS admission of Chhattisgarh in the month of June /July ,2024. Mostly state admission form will be available after declaration of NEET UG 2024. All applicants will be able to apply this admission form in the month of June ,2024.
Committee will conduct the admission process on the basis of NEET UG 2024 Marks. There are approximately 2005 MBBS (including of Govt and private ) and 332 BDS seats in Chhattisgarh.
02 New Medical colleges in Chhattisgarh in 2024
Good news is that , 02 ( Two) new medical colleges are proposed this year in state. Here is list of all medical colleges through out India which have applied for MBBS admission approval from 2024-25 session.

MBBS seats in India 2024
As per latest information , at the time of 2024-25 counselling there will be more than 725 medical colleges with 125000 MBBS seats*( expected) in India .If we compare with last year data this year there will be 12000 more MBBS seats.
Last year 53 new medical colleges gets approval for MBBS admission for session 2023-24. Out of these 53 new medical colleges 31(Thirty one) were Government and 22 (Twenty Two) were deemed/private medical colleges.
If we check state wise new medical colleges ,highest 12 (Twelve) were in Telangana ,05 (five) each in Rajasthan ,Andhra Pradesh ,amp; Maharashtra ,04 (Four ) in Gujarat ,03 (Three) each in Assam, Haryana ,Karnataka , Tamil Nadu , 02 (Two) in West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha , J,amp; K and 01 (one) each in Uttar Pradesh ,amp; Nagaland .
As of now, as per official website of NMC ( February 10,2024) there are 706 medical colleges in India . Out of these 706 medical colleges there are 389 Govt./Semi Govt. , AIIMS ,amp; Central Universities/ Instituitions , 52 are deemed Universities and remaining 265 are private medical colleges in various states/UT’s of India. If we talked about number of MBBS seats ,till now there are 109015 MBBS seats (56268 in Govt. /Semi Govt. Instituitions ,amp; 51880 in private/Deemed medical colleges across India).

First of all ,medical applicants are supposed to fill the admission form online with registration fee. After successful registration counselling committee will publish Chhattisgarh MBBS 2024 state merit list.

Chhattisgarh MBBS 2024 admission – Eligibility criteria
All of your are supposed to go through the read the state counselling prospectus carefully .First of all you must know the admission eligibility criteria of the state .Some most important points are discussed here for your reference.

All applicants looking admission in MBBS and BDS admission in Chhattisgarh must be Indian citizen.
-
Medical aspirant must not be less than 17 years old on or before December 31, 2024.To see the details verify from the official website of MCC.

All medical aspirants who have cleared their class 10+2 examination from Chhattisgarh board or any other board which is recognized by Chhattisgarh government can apply in the state. These applicants have done 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as their core subjects.

The domicile criteria for the state which help in getting admission in Govt. medical colleges of Chhattisgarh in MBBS admission 2024 is given below-
1. All Applicants who are born in Chhattisgarh are eligible
2. Applicants or their parent(s) should be a resident of the Chhattisgarh for at least 5 years
3. Parent of the aspirant must be an employee to the Chhattisgarh or Central Government and must be living in the state

Applicants whose parents or they themselves are a resident of the state must fulfill below-mentioned criteria
1. Applicants must have pursued a minimum of three years of their education from an school located in the state or in undivided Madhya Pradesh
2. Those Applicants who have not passed their class 8 from the state must appear in PSU of the same and must complete graduation from the state
3. In addition to this all those candidates are also eligible for Chhattisgarh MBBS 2024 admission who have done their Class 11 and 12 from a state recognized University or Board
4. All those applicants who have studied until Class 5 from Chhattisgarh state
