So first priority of all medial PG aspirants are Govt. medical colleges .Another reason is Govt. medical colleges offer good stipend also.While deciding a medical college we must also keep in mind particular branch of that medical college.In case of PG courses it is not necessary that all the department of a good medical colleges are best.
