Domicile for MBBS admission Haryana

Today we will discuss about Domicile for MBBS admission Haryana .In this article we will discuss about the Eligibility for Haryana Domicile for admission in MBBS, MD,MS and PG Diploma.

There are lots of parameters on the basis of which you can claim for Domicile of Haryana.

These factors are as follows:

1. If you are citizen of India and residing in state Haryana by birth.
2. Residing in haryana and completed your education 10th,11th and 12th from Haryana.
3. If any resident of Haryana married to a widow of other state. If she successfully get any certificate like ration card/voter Id /aadhar card or Electricity bill then her kids can apply for Haryana Domicile irrespective from where they have their schooling.
4. Wards of all Central govt. employees are currently working in Haryana or Chandigarh can also apply for Domicile.
5. Similarly wards of all those Haryana state Govt. employees who are working in other states on deputation are eligible for Haryana Domicile.
6. If you have no property in Haryana but have certificate from here, even then you can apply for Haryana Domicile.(Please verify the same from official website).

EWS Criteria

For state annual family income criteria is 6 Lakh whereas for central quota it is 8 lakh per annum.

In addition to this there are some more parameters which makes you eligible or ineligible which are mentioned below.

1. If your parents are having more than 5 acres of land then you are not eligible for EWS.
2. Similarly if you have 100 Sq Yard plot in Municipal committee area.
3. Or if you have 200 Sq Yard plot in outside Municipal committee area.
4. Even if you have 1000 sq ft area house .
5. Last but not the least if your immovable assets are of  1 crore or more.

Note:All above parameters must be clubbed for other state property also.

This certificate is issued by  SDM /Tehsildar of that area after verification from local authority.

EWS Students are Eligible for both EWS as well as General Category.

Note:Parents of any candidate who have just purchase some property for investment whether it is agriculture land/farm house/Flat or plot can not apply for domicile before 15 years .

Whereas in Rajasthan this condition is only for 10 years.
