According to the official website of National Medical Commission formerly (MCI -Medical Council of India),there are 275 Govt. Medical MBBS Colleges in India, which will offer total 41,510 Government MBBS seats in India till mid February 2021, in which you will be able to take admission through NEET UG 2021 score.
And in total there are 555 medical colleges in India and 83,175 medical seats are available as on today through the NEET UG score in 2021. All these are seats are including of Govt., private, Deemed medical , ESI, Central Universities, AIIMS and JIPMER.

All the medical aspirants who are working hard for the NEET UG 2021. They get the complete state-wise list of the government MBBS seats through the NEET UG 2021.
According to the information of MCI and the board of governors (BoG), 10% of seats are reserved for the economically weaker section (EWS) for the admission in government MBBS colleges through NEET UG 2021.

And, from the data of NEET UG, all the seats of government MBBS Colleges are divided into two parts. –
1. AIQ
2. State Quota.
In this, 15% of the seats are reserved for the AIQ (All India Quota) and the remaining 85% for the State Government quota.
You can also find government seats in Central universities, BHU and AMU in Uttar Pradesh have a total of 2 colleges which offer 234 seats and DU in Delhi has 3 colleges and provides 490 seats. Thus, these two universities lonely provide a total of 724 in the northeast.
