This year NEET PG 2024 examination is going to be conducted on June 23 , 2024 and result will be declared by July 15 , 2024. As far as counselling is concerned it will be done in between August 5 ,2024 to October 15 , 2024. Academic session will starts from September 16 , 2024 and last date of joining institute is October 21,2024.

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) will release the First counselling schedule of PG medical course on its official website.
The admission process to Jharkhand PG medical 2024 will be started with the release of the admission form . This online application form will be made available from August ,2024. Application form filling is compulsory for all those applicants who wish to take admission in Jharkhand state against 50% state quota seats. The application form of Jharkhand PG medical 2024 will be available in online mode.
After accepting successful applications JCECEB will release the State PG medical merit list 2024 . Now all those candidates whose name is available in the state provisional merit list are supposed to submit supporting documents after which the authority will release a final merit list of all eligible as well as non-eligible candidates. All those applicants whose name is present in the merit list will be eligible to participate in Jharkhand PG medical counselling 2024.To get a seat, all applicants will have to fill their preferences of Institute as well as branch.
Admission will on the basis of NEET PG 2024 score but only those applicants are eligible to take part in counselling who will qualify in his/her category .This year NEET PG 2024 exam is scheduled on July 7,2024 and online result will be declared before July 21 ,2024. In order to clear NEET PG 2024 applicants will have to secure a minimum required percentile. NEET PG 2024 correction Edit Window
Only those Candidates who had successfully submit his/her payment for the application form during Application Submission window were allowed to edit their applications form during June 2024.
Kindly note,no new application can be registered or payment can be made during correction/edit window. However, the balance fee (if required) in case of change in candidate category and/or PwD status can be paid during the edit window. Any information/document can be changed/corrected during the edit window except of Name, Exam City, Nationality, Mobile Number and Email Address. Good thing is thta Information can be edited any number of times before the closure of the window.The last submitted information will be saved in records.
Final Edit Window: Deficiency related to images uploaded (photograph, Signature, Thumb Impression) shall be intimated to the concerned candidates and same can be corrected during the final edit window i.e. June , 2024. No further opportunity shall be given to make corrections. Candidates are advised to submit the images in their application as per prescribed image upload guidelines. Failure to submit images as per guidelines and/or failure to rectify the images shall invite rejection of the application.

Jharkhand PG medical counselling 2024
JCECEB will start Jharkhand PG medical 2024 counselling in online mode from April ,2024. There will be total three rounds of counselling including mop-up round. Only those applicants will be eligible to do counselling whose name is there in the state eligible merit list . This time it will be an online counselling, so all the applicants will have to submit desired documents in online mode and give their preference of branch and Institute. On the basis of the preferences filled by the applicants ,NEET PG 2024 score, state merit rank, no. of seats, the seat allotment for Jharkhand PG medical 2024 admission will be done.
All those applicants who have been allotted seat in a particular round of counselling will be required to report at the allotted medical college and submit the original documents and fees . Similarly, the counselling schedule for next round will be published soon .
All those applicants who are not able to get a seat in the first and second round of counselling will be able to participate in the mop-up round of counselling.

Jharkhand PG medical admission 2024 -Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria of Jharkhand PG medical 2024 are the basic and compulsory conditions that applicants must meet to get admission in MD/MS courses. Only those aspirants will be able to do state counselling who will fulfill the eligibility criteria of Jharkhand PG medical admission.

Applicants must be citizen of India.

Medical aspirants must have passed MBBS/BDS qualifying examination from any college/university located in the Jharkhand state.

Applicants who were admitted to a college located in Bihar state before the creation of Jharkhand state are also eligible for Jharkhand PG medical admission.

Applicants must possess a provisional or permanent MBBS pass certificate or MBBS degree issued by a medical institution recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI)
-
Candidate must have completed one year compulsory rotatory internship on or before August 15, 2024.

Applicants must be registered with MCI or State Medical Council (SMC) and must produce the registration certificate at the time of admission.
